• SAFE – It is safe to live in a Beregszászi Timber House as Burning Tests of the wall structure show a highly better result than the Hungarian regulation requires.
• PROTECTED – In the interest of vapor protection we use top quality underlayment system in the roof and wall structure.
• QUALITY – At the end of the construction, we offer you a gratis BlowerDoor test and Thermo Camera shooting in order for you to check the quality of your timber house.

Our company and the Beregszászi Timber Houses

Tradition of centuries

Because of the Transylvanian traditions and several generations of devotion for wood-processing, Beregszászi Timber Houses are built by carpenters from Transylvania, the Land of Woods. Even the raw material – carefully selected pine woods – originate from that region of the Carpathian Basin.

Modern technologies

In our timber houses, Transylvanian traditions are supported by up-to-date technologies, state of the art insulation, and top quality underlayment systems. Because of the mentioned factors, Beregszászi Timber Houses are extremely well insulated. BlowerDoor and Thermo Camera tests, several satisfied owners are the evidence for the slight heating expenses.  As the wood built into our houses is breathing, you do not have to be afraid of allergic reactions and asthmatic disorders. Basically, our houses are happy, healthy, harmonic places to live in.
